The Hahndorf Community Association (HCA) is proud to announce the exciting heritage project that will see a 170-year-old barn carefully reconstructed in Alec Johnston Park.
The barn, which was acquired from a private seller last year has been painstakingly dismantled and stored, awaiting its new home. Alec Johnstone Park has a playground, BBQ facilities and shaded seating. This will not only add to the available community facilities in the park, but will enhance the park’s historical significance to the town.
